Term and Conditions:

  • During the trip, in certain area it can be extreme cold/hot/rainy. In this situation, traveller should be prepared at her own before commencing the trip.
  • The Meal Plan is MAP i.e. Breakfast & Dinner. All properties have their own meal setup(it can be buffet or Thali system) & menu and we are not entitled to give our preferences. Kindly refrain from individually requesting for change in the Menu. All ala-carte orders/Mineral water/Tea/ coffee/Food/Drinks ordered separately are to be settled on a self payment basis.
  • Only Veg Meals will be provided. Nonveg(if available at the Hotel) will be charged extra as per the Hotel Policy. If any Hotel is providing nonveg items in buffet, then one can enjoy Quality and taste of the food is not in control of Chakarghinni, so we are not responsible for that.
  • Hotels room can be on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor and there will no facility of lift.

  • Vehicle can be get delayed due to traffic or weather conditions or due to some other emergency. Your cooperation will be expected in such situations.
  • Nonpayment of Trip Fee in Due time would be considered as cancellation.
  • Kindly carry enough cash as the Cards/UPI is not widely accepted and ATM’s are in non working conditions generally.
  • Chakarghinni Reserves the right to take photographs/Videos of participants and use them for marketing/promotional activity. Any objection should be sent in writing before the commencement of the Tour. Any objection during or after the trip will not be entertained.
  • Chakarghinni reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/ flights, cancellation/ re-routing of flights, closure of/ entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/ compensation claims arising out of this.
  • Chakarghinni reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time for any reason in the event that we cancel the trip you will be entitled for the full refund of the amount you paid.
  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, and/or any factors beyond our control.
  • The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to change in the number of guests, hotel change, itinerary change, etc.
  • Mineral Water, Tea in Room, etc. if ordered, will be on a chargeable basis, you have to settle your personal room bill at the time of check-out Mineral Water/ Tea/ Laundry/ Snacks /Tips have to be paid individually and is not part of the package. Carry your personal medicines 
  • Missbehavior with any vendors/ locals, our representatives/ staff will not be tolerated. We expect humbleness, Cooperation & Tolerance if joining this group tour.
  • An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  • Rates can be changed if there is change in travel plan due to whatsoever the reason.
  • Flights rates if booked by organizer, would be charged as per actuals as per rates prevailing on the day of booking. The escalation in flight charges to be borne by the participant.
    While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your tour/ticket is not included.
    Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
  • For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
    Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in Delhi.
    If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Chakarghinni will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
  • During the trip, any area where the clients are staying or visiting get closed by the Government due to any reason, Chakarghinni will not be held responsible for the same. In this case, no refund/compensation claim/request will be entertained.
  • During the trip, in case the roads are blocked due to landslides or a reason that is beyond control, Chakarghinni will rearrange the itinerary for the travelers real-time, however, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer as the hotels pre-booked execute their cancellation policies and are nonrefundable.
  • During the trip, in case any traveler lost/got damaged his luggage or any precious thing, Chakarghinni will not be responsible for that. we would not be held liable for any refunds/ compensation claims arising out of this.
    Chakarghinni is not responsible for any personal loss/damage, any miss-happening such as disease/accident/ death /any mechanical fault/theft during the tour.
  • No compensations/discount will be provided for the service not used by you that is included in the package.
  • Code of conduct: We expect all the participants to behave respectfully towards each other and team Chakarghinni or any vendors. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in our immediate removal from the trip without refund.
  • Kindly do not forget to disclose your medical issues if any with the Tour Organizers at the time of booking so that necessary arrangements can be made wherever possible.
  • Normal physical fitness is required to join this Trip as some walking is required to explore the places mentioned in the itinerary.
  • The itinerary is subject to change. Chakarghinni can only provide good accommodation, transport and Tour Manager but for making your trip memorable, a positive approach, healthy mindset and cooperation with the other co- travelers and Tour Manager/Tour Organizers is really important. Be polite with the locals, vendors, drivers and staff.
