CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Note: Written cancellation(received only on the mail) will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Saturday / Sunday or public holidays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).

If the trip is canceled by Chakarghinni due to any reasons, you will be refunded 100% of the trip amount. However we will not be responsible for any other cost or expenses you may incur as a result of the cancellation such as flight cost etc.

If the trip is postponed or cancelled due to Covid related norms, you will be extended a credit note for the amount paid, which can be used for future trips

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
