Day 01 Kathmandu Arrival:
Arrival at Kathmandu International airport. Meet our representative, transfer to the hotel, check in and rest. In evening, head out to Pashupatinath Mandir for evening aarti darshan, later free to stroll around on your own. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.
Meals included:- Dinner.
Day 02 Kathmandu to Pokhara:
After breakfast, check out and drive to Pokhara (200 Kms/07 Hrs) en-route cable car ride(at your own cost) to Manakamana Temple, post darshan continue drive reach and check into the hotel evening free to explore around the lakeside markets. Overnight stay at Pokhra.
Meals included:- Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 03 Pokhara to Jomsam:
Early morning(6:00AM), checkout and drive to Jomsom (8-9 Hours, depending upon the road condition). Later in evening, reach check into the Hotel, free for rest and leisure. Overnight stay at Jomsom.(Please Note Jomsom is remote area, only basic accommodation will be available there. Do not expect any luxury)
Meals included:- Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 04 Jomsom Muktinath Darshan to Pokhra:
Early Morning(6:00 AM), drive to Muktinath Mandir, have darshan. After Breakfast, drive back to Pokhra. Evening at Leisure. Overnight stay in Pokhra.
Meals included:- Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 05 Pokhra City Tour & Drive back to Kathmandu:
Early wake up, drive to Sarangkot for watching the stunning sunrise (optional). Return back to hotel, after breakfast, proceed for city tour covering Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Caves and Fewa Lake. After completing sightseeing, drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at Kathmandu.
Meals included:- Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 06 Kathmandu Departure:
After breakfast free at leisure later check out and timely transfer to the airport (Khada Farewell) board flight and departure to your outward destination.

Valid passport/voter id is mandatory for joining this Tour. The Indian rupees notes below 500 are accepted there. Notes for Rs. 2000 and 500 is not accepted there.

Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as road blocks, accidents & any medical evacuations. Any flight/train delays or re-scheduling etc.

Basic points to keep in Mind

The Meal Plan is MAP i.e. Breakfast & Dinner. All properties have their own meal setup(it can be buffet or Thali system) & menu and we are not entitled to give our preferences. Kindly refrain from individually requesting for change in the Menu. All ala-carte orders/Mineral water/Tea/ coffee/Food/Drinks ordered separately are to be settled on a self payment basis.

Only Veg Meals will be provided. Nonveg(if available at the Hotel) will be charged extra as per the Hotel Policy. If any Hotel is providing nonveg items in buffet, then one can enjoy. Quality and taste of the food is not in control of Chakarghinni, so we are not responsible for that.

Vehicle is for the use of travellers during the whole trip so kindly take care of it’s cleanliness. Kindly keep in mind that due to weather conditions, cleanliness of the vehicle can be compromised.

During the trip, in certain area it can be extreme cold/hot/rainy. In this situation, traveller should be prepared at her own before commencing the trip.

Hotels room can be on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor and there may be no facility of lift.

Vehicle can be get delayed due to traffic or weather conditions or due to some other emergency. Your cooperation will be expected in such situations.

Nonpayment of Trip Fee in Due time would be considered as cancellation.

Kindly carry enough case as the Cards/UPI is not widely accepted in and ATM’s are in non working conditions generally.

Chakarghinni Reserves the right to take photographs/Videos of participants and use them for marketing/promotional activity. Any objection should be sent in writing before the commencement of the Tour.

Chakarghinni reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/ flights, cancellation/ re-routing of flights, closure of/ entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/ compensation claims arising out of this.

Any sports activity like boating, zeep safari, elephant ride and so on & so forth are optional adventure activities at your own expenses. Chakarghinni is not held liable for any accidental incidences/ damages.

Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, and/or any factors beyond our control.

The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to change in the number of guests, hotel change, itinerary change, etc.

Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.

Pay heed to the tour guides and instructors in order to enjoy a safe and sound tour.

Whenever power is running on backup, it is obvious that the hot water may not be available.

Mineral Water, Tea in Room, etc. if ordered, will be on a chargeable basis, you have to settle your personal room bill at the time of check-out.

Mineral Water/ Tea/ Laundry/ Snacks /Tips have to be paid individually and is not part of the package.

Misbehaviour with any vendors/ locals, our representatives/ staff will not be tolerated. Respect is give & take. Humbleness, Cooperation & Tolerance are personality traits, one must have if you are joining any group tour.

An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
- AC will not be functional anywhere hilly areas in the cab.

Rates can be changed if there is change in travel plan due to whatsoever the reason.

Flights rates if booked by organiser, would be charged as per actuals as per rates prevailing on the day of booking. The escalation in flight charges to be borne by the participant.
- While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your tour/ticket is not included.

If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Chakarghinni will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.

During the trip, in case the roads are blocked due to landslides or a reason that is beyond control, Chakarghinni will rearrange the itinerary for the travellers real-time, however, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer as the hotels pre-booked execute their cancellation policies and are nonrefundable.

During the trip, in case any traveller lost/got damaged his luggage or any precious thing, Chakarghinni will not be responsible for that. we would not be held liable for any refunds/ compensation claims arising out of this.

Kindly disclose your medical issue specifically with the Tour Organizers at the time of booking so that necessary arrangements can be made wherever possible.

Normal physical fitness is required to join this Trip. No place can be explored without walking.

Chakarghinni can only provide good accommodation, transport and Tour Manager but for making your trip memorable, a positive approach, healthy mindset and cooperation with the other co-travelers and Tour Manager/Tour Organizers is really important. Be polite with the locals, vendors, drivers and staff.
BOOKING ONE MONTH BEFORE THE TRIP.
50% of the amount to be paid at the time of the booking
Balance amount to be paid 21 days prior to the starting date of the trip.
BOOKING WITHIN THE WEEK OF THE TRIP
Full payment to be made at the time of the booking.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY
The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Note: Written cancellation(received only on the mail) will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Saturday / Sunday or public holidays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
If the trip is canceled by Chakarghinni due to any reasons, you will be refunded 100% of the trip amount
If the trip is postponed or cancelled due to Covid related norms, you will be extended a credit note for the amount paid, which can be used for future trips

Payment of your deposit indicates you accept these risks and dangers and agree to hold Chakarghinni harmless for the same.
